DRG named as finalist in the High Growth Business of the Year award 2021

Life and business partners, Dan and Lyndsey Gregory, are delighted that their family business is named as a finalist in the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber Business Awards.

Dan began his trade in ceilings and partitions and Lyndsey started out in sales and recruitment and has a flare for getting the right people into the right roles.

The husband-and-wife team have put their life and soul into their business and have seen it thrive over the last 10 years, surviving the challenges that the Grenfell disaster highlighted and more recently EU Exit and Covid-19.  They have nurtured their company and now employ over 30 permanent staff, with recruitment showing no signs of slowing down!

DRG is the whole construction package, working by its core values and looking after its people. The company has grown into a well-established contractor specialising in refurbishment of offices and conversion of old buildings into apartments – the full design and build solution, from conception, through construction, to completion.

“We have continued to grow by staying true to our core values. We all work hard but have lots of laughs too and our people are the key to the success of our company – we’re like one big family”.
