With over 25 years of experience in construction management, Steve brings a wealth of expertise from leading complex projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, and retail sectors. His track record spans everything from £1m refurbishments to £17m care facilities always with a sharp focus on quality, budget, and customer satisfaction.

At DRG, Steve is now a key member of our senior leadership team. He will oversee project delivery from pre-construction right through to handover and aftercare. His leadership of our Contracts Managers and site teams will ensure that every project is run efficiently, stays on programme, and delivers exceptional results for our clients.

Steve’s approach blends hands-on site leadership with strategic business development. He’s passionate about strengthening client relationships, enhancing delivery performance, and creating a culture of accountability and teamwork across the business. His expertise in cost planning, risk management, and operational improvement makes him a vital driver of DRG’s continued growth.

Beyond his impressive professional credentials, Steve brings an adventurous spirit to everything he does. Whether trekking the Himalayas, diving as a certified dive master, or cycling from London to Brighton, he thrives on challenge a quality that resonates deeply with our values at DRG.
