With over three decades of industry experience, Jason brings exceptional depth in commercial strategy, quantity surveying, and client delivery across a broad range of sectors. 

Jason’s career is a masterclass in progression through skill, leadership, and hands-on experience. Beginning his journey as a qualified joiner, Jason built a career that has seen him rise through the ranks of commercial estimation, quantity surveying, and senior project leadership.

At DRG, Jason steps into a dual role. He will lead our commercial operations, working closely with the rest of the senior leadership team to drive project efficiency, strengthen our supply chain relationships, and support the delivery teams in continuing to offer excellence across every client touchpoint.

Jason will also take on strategic leadership responsibilities at our sister company Simon Watts Joinery (SWJ), where he’ll be instrumental in supporting business operations and enabling the next chapter of growth. His expertise in commercial management and project delivery will be a powerful compliment to SWJ’s technical capabilities and hands-on craft.

He’s equally at home leading commercial forums, mentoring surveyors, or negotiating contracts, and is known for his calm, focused approach and ability to unite teams around shared goals.
