We love our people.  Happy, productive people are the foundation of our great company and we want to look after them.

We are a family business and understand the importance of having quality time and a healthy family.  That is why we have enhanced our benefits packages to all of our employees and extended our healthcare cover to their families.  This includes mental health cover as we also understand the challenges of everyday life.

We know that work-life balance is really important, and we encourage this. We have invested in a company membership at our local golf club which gives our employees and their families the opportunity to spend some quality time together.  In September 2021 we enjoyed our first company golf day with some of our subcontractors – it all got quite competitive!

We try to take our employees on regular team building days to help with communication between teams - across Sites and Head Office. During 2020 and 2021 this proved more difficult, due to the challenges we have all faced around COVID We were lucky enough to go ahead with our 2021 Christmas Party.  As always it was full of laughs, and a few bottles of prosecco! 

We want to make sure we match the right people with the right roles in our company.  We work with a development and coaching company to help us focus on this. 

We have a Monthly Stars scheme where a star employee, contractor and site are nominated for going above and beyond.  They then select a charity of their choice that we donate to.  This all adds a bit of fun and healthy competition, whilst directly benefiting many deserving charities.  So you see, we are not just another construction company, we are a company that cares.
