We love our people.  Happy, productive people are the foundation of our great company and we want to look after them.

We know that work-life balance is really important and that is why we have enhanced our packages to all our employees. We are a family business and understand the importance of having quality time and a healthy family.

We have extended our healthcare cover to all the family and even added cover for mental health as we understand the struggles of everyday life.

We have also invested in a company membership at our local golf club which gives our staff and their families the opportunity to spend some quality time together.  Watch this space - once we are all good enough we may even have our first company golf day!

We also take our employees on regular team building days to help with communication skills and to understand the mindsets of our employees. It always ends up with lots of laughs and sometimes prosecco. We work with a development and coaching company to get the best from our people. 

We have site welfare boards on each site and provide regular information on healthy eating and other important topics. We often provide healthy snacks and fruit on site for our contractors. 

We have a monthly star incentive award where we ask our site teams to nominate a company and star worker to receive a voucher. We also have a site of the month award which adds a bit of fun and healthy competition between our sites. So you see, we are not just another construction company, we are a company that cares. We go above and beyond, not only for our clients, but for all.
